Hereditary Spastic Paraplegy (HSP) and Primary Lateral Sclerosis (PLS) are neurodegenerative diseases that affect upper motor neurons. The main symptoms of these diseases are progressive weakness and spasticity in the lower limbs. There is not cure for HSP and PLS yet. But you can make a difference.
