Help us find a cure for #HSPandPLS
Join me in supporting the Spastic Paraplegia Foundation. By participating in this event, we fund research grants to cure #HSPandPLS.
I have been living with Primary Lateral Sclerosis for 18 years. It's a slowly progressing disease, but I can still walk with a rollator for short distances. I can still talk although it is hard to understand me at times. I do not think a cure will be found in my lifetime. However I want to do everything I can to help individuals, especially children that are affected with with HSP. PLS remains a mystery to scientists. So the more money we collect, the closer we will be to a cure.
The foundation is completely run by volunteers. About 90% of the money we receive goes to fund research grants for #HSPandPLS. Any donation no matter how small will go a long way to find a cure.
